How it works

Three steps to a targeted carrier list.

Step 1

Choose your criteria

Tell CarrieSeek what kind of carrier you're trying to find — state, equipment type, and how recently their authority was granted.

Step 2

CarrieSeek searches

CarrieSeek filters available carrier data for carriers that match your criteria and already have active common authority and insurance on file.

Step 3

Get your targeted list

Export the matching carriers as CSV or XLSX — with contact details — instead of starting from a generic list built to someone else's criteria.

The difference

Stop assembling the list by hand.

The old way

  • Search carrier records one at a time
  • Sort and scrub huge spreadsheets
  • Buy a generic list built to someone else's criteria
  • Delete the prospects that don't fit
  • Spend hours assembling a targeted list

The CarrieSeek way

  • Define your ideal carrier once
  • Apply targeted filters that matter to you
  • See how many carriers match
  • Build a list around your criteria
  • Spend the time you saved on outreach

Stop buying somebody else's generic carrier list.

With a traditional carrier list, someone else decides the criteria. With CarrieSeek, you define what you're looking for and the search works from there.

Your criteria. Your search. Your carrier list.

Who it's for

Built for independent freight dispatchers.

Freight dispatchers

If you prospect carriers to grow your book, you already know the kind of carrier you work best with — the equipment they run, the lanes, how established they are. CarrieSeek lets you search for carriers that match that profile so your prospecting list starts focused instead of starting generic.

CarrieSeek helps you identify carrier prospects that match your criteria. Whether a carrier needs a dispatcher — and whether they become a client — is still down to your outreach and your pitch.

Also useful for

Other trucking B2B teams that prospect carriers — freight brokers, factoring companies, commercial insurance agents, ELD providers, and compliance services. The launch is focused on dispatchers first.

Origin

Built from a real dispatching problem.

CarrieSeek was built by KenRoy, an independent freight dispatcher who is also a senior software engineer. He spent a long time building targeted carrier lists by hand — filtering large public carrier datasets, checking authority and insurance, removing the carriers that didn't fit — and realized most of that workflow could be automated. So he built the tool he wanted.

Built by a freight dispatcher who also happens to be a software engineer.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is CarrieSeek?

CarrieSeek is a carrier discovery and lead-generation tool for freight dispatchers. You define the kind of carrier you want to find and CarrieSeek searches available carrier data for matches, then hands you an exportable list with contact details.

Who is CarrieSeek for?

Independent freight dispatchers who prospect carriers. Other trucking B2B teams that prospect carriers can use it too, but the launch is focused on dispatchers.

What can I search for?

You choose the states, the equipment type (dry van, reefer, flatbed, box truck, and others), and a first-grant authority-age window — for example, carriers whose authority was granted 30 to 90 days ago. Every result already has active interstate common authority, is a property carrier, and has insurance on file; passenger, household-goods, private, broker, and towing operations are filtered out.

Does CarrieSeek guarantee a carrier will hire my dispatching company?

No. CarrieSeek is a research and lead-discovery tool. It helps you identify carrier prospects that match your criteria — it does not guarantee responses, contracts, or clients. Outreach, qualification, and closing are still your job, and not every carrier wants a dispatcher.
